🔄 Returns & Refund Policy – Shop Without Worry

Who Can Return
You can request a return if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

  • You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • You provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice.

Items That Can’t Be Returned
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Final sale products

  • Opened or used personal care items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

🔁 Exchanges
If you received the wrong, damaged, or defective item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

To expedite the process, it’s helpful to send us photos of the item and its packaging.

💰 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process.

Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end.

📦 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless we made a mistake with your order (e.g., sending the wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
